Stock Availability
We take our business very seriously and all our orders are dealt with as efficiently as possible. Items displayed in stock on our website are products that we physically have instock at Moonglu, Ripon. We do not list items, then order them from a 3rd party distributor.
Product Dispatch
Our larger items such as wheels and turbo trainers are dispatched using Parcelforce Worldwide couriers. We use a tracked 24 or 48hr service within the UK and customers can expect an email with a tracking number and a link to the Parcelforce Track It webpage after the item has left the shop. Packages will require a signature on delivery. Customers placing an order can select a billing and separate shipping address during the order process. It is preferable though not required that a mobile telephone telephone number is given during the order process. We will not use this number other than to contact you in the event of a problem with delivery.
Smaller packages are dispatched by Royal Mail. We always use a signed for service and insure the contents to cover their value.
Wheels
We advertise 2 catagories of wheels on our website, custom hand built wheels and factory built wheels. Factory built wheels will be packaged and dispatched almost immediately, certainly within 24 hours of the confirmed order. We only advertise factory wheels that we havein stockon our website allowing us to be prompt with dispatch.
Our hand built wheels are fully custom, hand built from scratch by wheel builder and owner Neil Dunkley. It can be difficult to give an accurate delivery time for these wheels as factors such as time of year, availability of specific parts, workload and actual time can have a huge effect on turnaround. Neil is incredibly passionate about his wheels and he likes to be efficient with each order without rushing the end product to meet a deadline.
In most circumstances we aim to deliver hand built wheels within 10 days of the original order. If there are any specific reasons this deadline cannot be met the customer will be advised by phone or email.
Both factory wheels and hand built wheels are dispatched Free of Charge using a Parcelforce tracked service.Once the wheels have left Moonglu an email will be sent with tracking number and a link to the tracking page on the Parcelforce website.
