Nicolai Argon CC
This Argon CC was built with part donor parts from another bike. It was specified from the Nicolai factory as Rohloff specific and came through with pivoting dropouts. Note the mounts for a rear pannier rack machined into the rear dropout and threads in the seatstay wishbone.
Nicolai Helius CC
Nicolai Helius CC
The Nicolai Helius CC is one of the few full suspension frames available that can accomodate a Rohloff Speedhub. Rohloff specific non driveside deeper dropouts can be ordered from new meaning the Speedbone disc adapter isn’t necessary. A Rohloff OEM plate sits in the Nicolai dropout to stop the hub turning. Specific cable guides for the 2 gear cables can also be specified from the factory. As it is a full suspension frame, a Rohloff chain tensioner and seat tube mounted chain guide must be used.
Kona Explosif:
Based around a steel Kona Explosif fitted with horizontal sliding dropouts.
