Paying for your orders
We realise that some customers prefer to buy by telephone or mail order, but consider giving online buying a go! It’s 100% secure and you can place your order day or night, assured that no mistakes have been made as you place the order – not a sales person – and – receive the automatic discounts that apply to online sales only.
For those customers that prefer to speak to another human being, we can process card payments over the phone using a secure payment facility provided by Paypal. If you wish to complete a transaction in this way, please call us on 01765 601 106 during our business hours.
How do I pay for my cards?
At the moment, Moonglu accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Maestro credit/debit cards.
Can I pay with cash, or a cheque?
Unfortunately not! Although we are open to cake and biscuit bribes in store, our payment provider Paypal cannot process these payments online.
Can I pay using accumulated Paypal Funds
Unfortunately, although we use Paypal to process our card transactions, we don’t have the facility through our payment pages to pay using Paypal funds. If you see something on our site that you would like to buy using Paypal funds, please detail the product in an email to Neil. A Paypal invoice will be generated and sent to your email address. Once this is paid, the goods will be dispatched in the normal way.
How secure is my payment?
Security is Moonglu’s highest priority and we use the most up-to-date security for the payment pages. We use PayPal as a payment provider to process all online transaction securely. In addition, we don’t store any of your credit card information.
Do you keep my details?
Moonglu do save some of your details, like your name, email, address and order number, but we never store your payment details. For more information, please read Moonglu’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement – they took ages to write.
Will you share my contact info with third parties?
