99% of the products advertised on our site are available from current stock. When orders are received during business hours we will endeavor to process, package and send the items on the same day. For late in the day and out of hours purchases we will dispatch the item on our next business day.
We use specific postal services for specific items. Items packaged into a jiffy bag or small box will be sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery. Large items such as bikes, frames, wheels, helmets and heavy items will be sent out using Parcel Force. We use these services because they provide traceable delivery options, giving both our customers and our dispatch team the piece of mind. In all instances we will send a dispatch email with a consignment number after the item has left the premises. For UK orders the anticipated delivery time will be no longer than 48 hours from the day of dispatch.
Can I pay extra for express delivery?
For larger items such as bikes, frames, and wheels, we can send out the package on a 24hr delivery. Dependent on order time, we can arrange for orders to be processed, packaged and sent out for delivery next day before 3pm. This service is restricted to items within the UK and may exclude remote areas of Scotland. Express items ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Can I purchase items to be delivered overseas?
We are getting growing interest from overseas for our products. We are able to dispatch items to many European countries, subject to payment clearance and a valid address. Small items will be dispatched by Royal Mail services, larger items will be dispatched using DPD by Road. Delivery time depends on country but is typically 2-3 days from dispatch. Full tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
Overseas residents are responsible for any import duty levied in their own countries. Moonglu will provide a full UK VAT invoice on the outside of the packaging for Customs purposes.
If you are overseas based and are serious about a product on our website, we would suggest sending an introductory email to make us aware of your interest. This makes us less suspicious when a transaction is completed.
All web based sales, both UK and overseas are subject to the validation by our Payment Provider, Paypal. Transactions deemed suspicious will be treated as such which may result in further investigation and possible delay in dispatch.
